Low Voltage Electrician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Electrician to join our team in Birmingham, AL, 35211. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Install and maintain low voltage systems, including security, fire alarm, and communication systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure project completion.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
- Proven experience in low voltage electrical work.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
