Job Description

This role supports daily warehouse and plant operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment and performing a wide range of general labor tasks. You will handle materials, assist with inventory activities, and contribute to the smooth flow of work throughout the facility in a physically active, industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough plant and warehouse clean-up to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Assist with inventory counting and basic material tracking to support accurate stock management.
• Load and unload trucks manually and with forklift assistance, following proper handling procedures.
• Move and handle barrels and other industrial materials safely throughout the facility.
• Support various general labor tasks as directed by supervisors to meet daily operational needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures, guidelines, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at all times.
• Maintain attention to cleanliness and organization in work areas and common spaces.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete tasks on schedule.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to changing duties and environmental conditions while maintaining productivity and safety

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
