Urgent Remote Opening for Certified Relex implementation Consultant.
Position Overview :
- MUST BE CERTIFIED IN RELEX Software.
- software implementation projects across the full project lifecycle in the field of retail supply chain and merchandising planning.
- Designs, configures, and delivers Relex software solutions for customers in retail and consumer goods, focusing on optimizing supply chain and planning processes like demand forecasting and replenishment.
- Responsible for driving customer value through process design, configuration of RELEX solutions, training delivery, and business case realization.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Leading software implementation projects and supporting customers in designing and optimizing their supply chain and retail planning processes.
- Driving and participating in process development workshops.
- Analyzing KPIs and customer data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Hands-on Relex implementation and integration experience SCM.
- Configuring RELEX tools based on customer-specific requirements.
- Managing change management and solution adoption with customer stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning RELEX best practices with the client's strategic and operational objectives.
- Developing internal knowledge through continuous learning and participation in RELEX product and methodology trainings.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Managing and participating in consultancy, data analysis and software implementation projects. Tasks include.
- Attending or leading process development workshops.
- Analyzing data and KPI's.
- Responsible in the Solution Design Document for the backbone structure of it and for creating process maps and outlining the UI workflow designs.
- Configuring RELEX tools according to customer specifications.
- Providing user support for customers.
- Responsible for KPI tracking, ensuring the business case is met and the adoption of the system is appropriate.
- Participating and supporting sales process as a product / supply chain specialist.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, retail operations, or business consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving.
- technical systems, software, or coding (e.g. SQL, Python).
- Ability to manage projects independently and interact confidently with customer stakeholders.
- Familiarity with how value is generated in supply chain or merchandising planning processes.
- Experience in conducting workshops, delivering training, and writing customer-facing documentation.
What we consider a strong plus:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related fields.
- Experience with planning software (e.g., RELEX, Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle RPAS, etc.).
- Experience in project leadership or mentoring junior consultants.
