ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Engage with clients via phone and in-person consultations, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Information Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Customer Support: Provide consistent support to customers, offering guidance and assistance on policy specifics and claims procedures.
Feedback Handling: Collect and report customer feedback to the team to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure an efficient and cohesive service experience for all clientele.
RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry, is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate customer needs and offer effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer interactions.

Tech-Savvy: Competent in using CRM systems, digital communication platforms, and office software.
Availability: Available to work on-site in Decatur, Alabama, with flexibility for rotating schedules.
