Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Alabama SLP license and TCERT required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and caseload changes
• Open to grades/caseload (please state your preferences in your application)

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights to student support plans
• Support a positive, inclusive school culture and advocate for student success
• Flexibility to transition to virtual services toward the end of the school year if needed
