This on-site role runs from August 7 through June 10, and leverages your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting. What we're looking for:

• Valid Professional Educator Certification
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from a regionally accredited college or university
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations surrounding special education and services for children with disabilities
• Extensive knowledge of pediatric and adolescent cognitive and physical development
• Familiarity with medical and psychological diagnostic instruments pertinent to children with various disabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of terminology in physical and learning disabilities

Preferred credentials include ASHA Certification and ABSESPA Licensure.

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students as determined by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support student success and advocate for appropriate interventions
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with regulations
• Accurately interpret and apply relevant laws to best serve your students
• Foster supportive relationships with students, families, and educational teams
