Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a classroom environment that encourages both academic growth and personal development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students to motivate and guide them toward successful learning outcomes.
- Incorporate technology into lesson plans to drive student engagement and support 21st-century learning skills.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with parents, colleagues, volunteers, and school visitors.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to enhance instructional practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Complete all assigned duties in alignment with the school’s goals and values.
Qualifications:
- Valid Alabama Teacher Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Current Mathematics endorsement.
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management abilities.
- Proven ability to design and implement high-quality, engaging math instruction for secondary students.
