Operations Manager Details:

• Temporary position
• $30.00 to $32.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a chemical manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production processes. This role provides leadership to plant personnel, manages workflow and productivity, enforces safety standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have chemical plant experience, formal safety training, and a four-year degree or equivalent experience, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Operations Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills with the ability to lead multiple employees and departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with inventory, production, or operational reporting systems.
• Ability to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience in a chemical plant or industrial manufacturing environment.
