Pile Driver

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pile Driver to join our team in Mobile, AL. As a Pile Driver, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring the stability and integrity of structures by driving piles into the ground. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate pile driving equipment to drive piles into the ground.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor and report on the progress of pile driving operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of job sites and clean up after project completion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a pile driver or in a similar construction role.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
