Location: Montgomery, AL (Multiple Locations)
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire (varies by assignment)
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support operations at multiple client locations throughout the Montgomery, AL area. This role involves performing a variety of manual and non-skilled tasks to assist production, warehouse, construction, or facility operations depending on the assigned site.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support production, warehouse, or site operations
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs (varies by location)
- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Work Locations
- Multiple job sites throughout Montgomery, AL
- Placement based on availability, experience, and client needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $17–$20/hour
- Overtime opportunities may be available
