Sales Representative

We are seeking the most important piece to the puzzle—a Sales Representative who plays a key role in driving both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. As an independent contributor, you will be hungry for more success and contribute significantly to our company's growth using modern tools such as Trello, Facebook, Instagram, and other communication platforms. This role features short sales cycles and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads to build a strong client base
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and submit sales reports to track performance
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to inform and assist clients
- Conduct follow-up communications to close sales and encourage repeat business
