ProSource of Huntsville is looking for a detail‑oriented, people‑focused Office Manager to join our growing team. Relationships are at the heart of what we do, and this role plays a key part in creating a great experience for both our customers and sales team. • Be the first point of contact for showroom visitors — greeting, engaging, and directing customers to the appropriate Account Manager
• Answer phones and ask qualifying questions to ensure customers are routed correctly
• Support the sales team by managing orders from start to finish, including taking and posting payments, placing material orders, tracking order status, updating pricing, and answering customer questions
• Serve as a reliable support partner to sales and management, helping resolve issues and keep processes moving smoothly
• Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate pricing, quality assurance, and timely deliveries; assist with backorders, claims, and discrepancies
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure delivery accuracy
• Use CRM systems and internal software for order entry, bookkeeping, bank deposits, and customer management
• Provide administrative and reporting support to help the team meet and exceed business goals

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with numbers such as margins, discounts, commissions, and percentages
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, and general comfort with technology
