Role Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in convenient locations while helping patients manage their health and improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and health assessments

• Develop and manage care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up

• Administer treatments, medications, and minor procedures

• Coordinate care, referrals, and communication of test results

• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of NP experience (urgent care or family practice preferred)

• Master’s degree in Nursing with FNP certification

• Active state license

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Reliable transportation for travel between patient locations
