Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $24 per hour
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, and 401(k) matching
• Full-time position
• Year-round work availability
• Potential annual earnings of $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 with overtime and bonuses

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

Mandatory:

• A humble spirit, a hungry drive, and people-smart attitude
• A minimum of 5-7 years experience in the construction industry
• Previous experience effectively managing a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service focused
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Capability to lift 80lbs or more and unrestricted lifting ability
• Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces

Preferred:

• Prior residential construction experience a plus
• Willingness to work overtime, if required
