Responsibilities

• Work with local families and businesses to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance.

• Participate in district-led training sessions in Mobile.

• Build a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagement.

• Deliver excellent customer service and policy support.

Requirements

• Must obtain Alabama P&C and Life/Health licenses (sponsorship provided).

• Customer service or sales background preferred.

• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive.

In this role, you will be expected to sell and produce business, but the opportunity is designed for candidates who want to go beyond a standard producer seat.
