Treatment Coordinator | Spectra Dental Specialist | Hoover, AL

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Spectra Dental Specialist in Hoover is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to our established and supportive team!

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Present treatment plans and help patients understand procedures and costs
• Verify insurance and file claims
• Manage patient accounts and billing
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with front desk team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dental office experience
• Dentrix knowledge (preferred but not required)
• Reliable and hardworking
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Passion for helping people and delivering excellent patient care

Preferred:

• Experience with treatment planning
• Insurance verification knowledge
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
