CDL-A Drivers Flexible Home Time

Polaris Freightways is hiring Regional Class A CDL Drivers . Stop choosing between a paycheck and a personal life. Our Regional Fleet is built for drivers who want the earnings of the open road without being gone for weeks on end. We keep you running in consistent lanes with freight that moves, and we get you home when it counts and when you need it.

Pay :

• Weekly Average: $1,500 - $1,700 per week .

• Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 Total.

• Performance Bonus : Earn up to an additional $0.03 CPM monthly based on safety, mileage, and productivity.

• Detention : $12.50/hour.

• Layover/Breakdown : $100 per day.

Home Time:

• Regional Balance : Our regional freight is designed to keep you closer to home, giving you the flexibility to maximize earnings while enjoying reliable home time.

Freight & Route :

• Regional Routes.

• No Forced NYC.

• 100% No-Touch Freight. (50-60% Drop & Hook / 40-50% Live Unload).

Equipment & Support :

• Trucks: 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.

• Support: 24/7 Operations Support . You are never out there alone; we answer the phone day or night.

Requirements :

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) .

• Minimum of 3 months of experience .

• Must be able to pass DOT .

• Clean MVR .
