Quality Control Worker Ashford, AL Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Shift: Monday Friday | 6 AM 2:30 PM

As a Quality Control Worker in Ashford, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• 1 year of quality experience.
• Steel-toes.
• Computer skills.
• Must be able to measure garments.
• Must be able to have a good visual sense in colors.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of safety requirements for lifting and equipment maintenance.
• Basic math skills.
• Take initiative and be a good team player.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

How You Keep Quality Tight

• Review any defects with the supervisor.
• Record inspection results (measurements, defects with suggestions) by completing reports.
• Receive and process returns received from the customer.
• Record inspection results and quantities received in returns.
• Assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.
