**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment at the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
+ Maintain thorough and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and/or providing directions to tenants and visitors as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shack are preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
