Position Overview:
Russell Marine is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused
Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact
for many of our customers and plays an important part in creating a positive
experience at our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with general questions
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers in the Pro Shop with watersports accessories and merchandise
- Process payments for service work and other transactions
- Help maintain a clean, organized showroom and front office area
- Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Retail or receptionist experience is a plus
