About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for its IT Department. This pivotal role is designed for a high-potential professional with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of leadership in a functional or line organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational coordination of business rhythms within the IT department, ensuring alignment with the broader business operations. Key duties include developing and implementing project plans, tracking high-priority initiatives, and managing day-to-day activities. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in preparing and editing briefing materials, developing senior management relationships, and supporting the CIO in various operational projects. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of 9 years' relevant experience, including leadership responsibilities, is required. The role demands a professional with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly experienced in project coordination and management. The ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization, as well as with both functional and operational personnel, is essential. The Chief of Staff must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks with impeccable time management.
