JOB DESCRIPTION: As an F45 Coach, you will be responsible for delivering predesigned workouts for up to 27 clients per session. This position requires a strong ability to coach efficiently, prioritize demands of your attention, and the ability to motivate multiple clients in a group setting. An F45 Coach must have a strong and well rounded knowledge of fitness, including human movement and exercise physiology, and be committed and invested in the clients’ experience and results. An F45 Coach is also responsible for membership sales to prospective members in your sessions. This position requires ability to discuss membership options and effectively convert prospects into members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of 27 clients
• Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions
• Build attendance and retaining current clientele
• Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
• Commitment to membership sales and maintaining sales goals
• Attend bi-weekly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Intermediate knowledge of exercise physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire, capacity, and knowledge to train all fitness levels
• Must hold current fitness certification from an accredited education company such as NSCA, ACSM, ACE, NASM.
• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field is preferred
• CPR/AED certification
• 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry, preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a sales position, preferred
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50lbs

• Exercise/ Fitness background is necessary
• Experience in sales is preferred
