Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech Language Pathologist is sought for a 100% remote contract position supporting school-based services via telespeech. This role requires delivering high-quality speech therapy to students in a virtual setting, ensuring effective communication development and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services through telepractice to school-age children
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document therapy sessions in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to enhance service delivery and troubleshoot technology-related issues
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches to meet individual needs
- Maintain clear and timely communication with educational staff and families
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based Speech Language Pathology experience
- Previous virtual therapy experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Valid SLP certification and licensure as required by local regulations

- Fully remote position supporting clients based in Deatsville, AL
