We are seeking a compassionate, licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) to join our post-acute behavioral health team serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the Huntsville, AL area.

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated range of $76,080 to $90,024 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
Your Role
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support residents’ emotional and psychological well-being
- Deliver ongoing therapy and follow-up care
- Active LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in Missouri (all supervisory hours completed)
- Eligible to practice and bill independently
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for serving older adult populations
- Please note: LCSWs are not eligible for this role
