Elwood Staffing is seeking dependable Load Out Technicians for a leading industrial manufacturing facility in Mobile, AL. This position plays a vital role in preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards.

Load Out Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 to $28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Prepare finished products for shipment according to customer and company specifications.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.
• Inspect products for damage prior to shipment.
• Secure materials and equipment to prevent damage during transport.
• Stage materials for outgoing shipments and maintain organized inventory areas.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet delivery schedules.

Load Out Tech Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and/or overhead cranes is preferred.
• Ability to read shipping documents and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
