We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of engineering and/or manufacturing-focused projects. In this role, you will lead multi-level teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers-ensuring all contractual commitments are met with excellence.

• Drive project success by developing and managing master plans and schedules.

• Serve as the main interface between the customer and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.

• Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.

• Provide regular progress updates to upper management and stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate risks while capturing new opportunities for business growth.

• Support company compliance with AS-9100/AS9110 certifications and industry standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster new business opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience leading project teams on multiple concurrent projects.

• Strong background in proposal development and/or U.S. Government contract evaluation.

• Knowledge in multiple technical and manufacturing disciplines (electrical, mechanical, composites) and logistics/sustainment.

• Familiarity with U.S. military weapon systems is a plus.

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).

• PMP or DAWIA/B2B certification is highly desirable, but not required.
