Precision Painter – Shape the Future of Aerospace Finishing
Location: Foley, AL | Type: Full-Time, 4-Month Consultant | Schedule: Mon–Fri, First Shift (8 AM–5 PM) | Pay: 20-25

As a Painter in our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility, you will play a key role in finishing aircraft components that enhance aerodynamics, reduce noise, and improve overall performance. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of advanced aircraft technology to global manufacturers.

What You’ll Do

• Work onsite in Foley, AL, applying high-quality finishes to critical aircraft parts.

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and specifications.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, roughening, and masking as needed.

• Mix and apply primers, clear coats, sealants, adhesives, stencils, and decals.

• Complete sealing, water testing, and installation of small sub-assemblies.

• Safely dispose of hazardous materials according to protocols.

• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, gloves, and masks.

• Adapt to varying shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• High School Diploma.

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior painting or surface processing experience.

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.

• Strong comprehension of verbal and written work instructions.

• Basic math skills and ability to perform self-inspection and audits.

Pay Details: 20.00 to 25.00 per hour
