Part-Time Secretary (Temporary – 3 Months)
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Secretary to provide administrative support for approximately 3 months. This role will be scheduled Mondays and Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact confidently with professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Draft, proofread, and send correspondence
- Maintain document control and filing systems
- Coordinate meeting invitations and scheduling
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong proofreading skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff
- Previous secretarial or administrative experience preferred
Schedule & Pay:
- Mondays & Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- $16.95 per hour
- Temporary assignment, approximately 3 months
