We offer our Licensed Cosmetology Instructors a competitive hourly pay of $19 to help students become the best cosmetologists they can be.

Our beauty school is only open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This allows teaching staff and future cosmetologists to have weekends off to enjoy!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, your day begins by preparing lesson plans and setting up the classroom for your eager students. You teach theoretical and practical aspects of cosmetology, guiding students through hands-on practice on the Clinic Floor, where they provide real services to guests. You thrive in a high-energy environment, multitasking seamlessly as you adapt to the dynamic pace of the beauty industry. Your passion for education and creativity shines as you engage students, ensuring they meet Paul Mitchell Schools standards. Organized and a team player, you excel in building relationships and managing classroom dynamics by fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.

Here's what you need to become our Licensed Cosmetology Instructor:

• Alabama cosmetology license
• Alabama instructor's license
