Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With an August 2026 start and a flexible workweek, you'll have the chance to collaborate with a dedicated educational team across one or two school sites, depending on caseload size.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current, active AL SLP license
• ALSDE SLP Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to fostering student growth and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve elementary-aged students, providing direct therapy, assessments, and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with state standards.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to best support student needs.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.
• Manage caseloads efficiently—with school assignments across one or two locations, numbers dependent on caseload demand.

Schedule & Compensation:Beginning August 12, 2026, and continuing through May 20, 2027, you'll work approximately 28 hours per week over 4–5 days, receiving a competitive pay rate between $45 and $50 per hour, paid weekly.
