The Role

You will be the air traffic controller for stone slabs, project schedules, and purchasing flows. This role blends project management, production planning, and inventory control . Your mission is simple: keep jobs moving with zero stalls and no rework.

You’ll:

• Own the schedule: from measure to layout approval to fabrication to install
• Track material usage and maintain safety stock
• Order slabs, sinks, and hardware with precision (timing and cost matter)
• Use tools like Moraware Systemize and Slab Smith to run the job board like a general commanding an army
• Communicate clearly and proactively with sales, CAD, fab, and install
• Track actual vs estimated time at every step to highlight wins and bottlenecks
• Spot problems before they hit the floor—and solve them

Tools You’ll Use

• Moraware Systemize
• Slab Smith
• QuickBooks (for invoice/purchasing coordination)
• Excel, Word, Slack, Discord
  Experience in any of these is a huge plus.

• You’ve used (or can learn fast) Moraware, Slab Smith, or similar software
• You’ve bought and tracked materials before (sinks, slabs, hardware, etc.)
