Surgical Device Service Bench Technician

Your mission

From a dedicated bench in our Chesterfield, MO Repair Lab, you will restore surgical devices using microscopes, small hand tools, and power tools. You'll be part of a high-performing team committed to excellence and a superior Customer Experience.

How you'll contribute

• Execute basic to intermediate level repairs to specification for surgical devices and related equipment.
• Diagnose faults using standardized testing procedures; inspect for defects; replace or repair defective components.
• Troubleshoot and reassemble devices; test assemblies to confirm conformance to specifications.
• Recognize risks and issues and escalate them quickly and effectively.
• Follow Standard Work Instructions (SWI); be aware of and align to Company ISO goals and objectives; support ISO requirements.
• Carry out workplace organization audits and safety observations according to site requirements.
