Hotel Front Desk
Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and hospitable individual for a Front Desk position at a beautiful hotel in Orange Beach.
This role includes managing reservations, checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay.Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently while following hotel procedures
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle cash and credit transactions
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
- Follow security, safety, and confidentiality policies
