Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring that equipment, facilities, and systems are functioning safely and efficiently. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities.

Maintenance Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team

Assign daily tasks and monitor completion of work orders

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Maintain maintenance records and documentation

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs

Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies

Train and mentor maintenance technicians

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues

Maintenance Lead Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)

3–5 years of maintenance experience, with leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical)

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Basic computer skills for reporting and work order systems
