The Detail Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance and condition of vehicles by performing thorough cleaning, polishing, and restoration tasks. The Detail Technician will work closely with the service and sales teams to prepare vehicles for delivery or display, addressing both interior and exterior detailing needs. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in automotive detailing or related training.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and their appropriate uses.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and treating leather surfaces.
• Execute exterior detailing tasks such as washing, waxing, polishing, and paint correction to restore and protect vehicle finishes.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic defects and report any damage or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
• Maintain and operate detailing equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are clean and in good working order.
• Manage time effectively to detail multiple vehicles daily while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
