Our reputation is built on good service, nice people, and getting the job done right.The roleThis is an all-around position split between (1) picking/packing/shipping and (2) general warehouse work. The priority is meeting the needs of the business and supporting the teamwhatever that looks like that day.We want someone whos service-minded, humble, dependable, and willing to pitch in. This role requires a person who serves the team, respects the process, and does the small things wellnot just the obvious ones.Responsibilities1) Picking, packing, and shipping (primary)Pick and pack orders accurately (retail + wholesale)Pack efficiently and safely to prevent damagePrint labels, stage shipments, and prepare orders for carrier pickupUse ShipStation, Shopify, and Cin7 to process orders and support inventory accuracyKeep pack stations, shelves, and shipping areas clean and organized2) General warehouse workReceive deliveries, verify quantities, check for damage, and put product awayOrganize inventory locations and help keep accurate countsPull and stage orders for local pickup; load customer vehicles as neededPrepare product for retail restocking (bundling, staging, labeling, organizing)Add stickers/labels to products and support light manufacturing tasks as neededSafely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and pallet stacker to move product and palletsRequirementsReliable, on-time, and responsibleOrganized and detail-oriented (accuracy matters)Comfortable in a warehouse environment and able to stay busyAble to lift 50 lbs comfortablySafety-minded and careful with equipment and productComfortable with computers and learning software toolsBenefits401(k)Company matchPTOPaid holidaysHow to applyFully complete the application through our job board - [email protected] with:Your resume attachedA short note explaining why you want to work at Foxhound and why youd be a good fitSubject line requirement (for the email):Include:the name of the first beekeeper who climbed Mount Everest, andThe title of this positionIf you skip this step, we wont review your application.Website:
