As a Customer Service Manager with The Strong Agency - State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. - Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health sales when applicable.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses.
