Requirements:

• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Previous experience in payroll, accounts payable or healthcare admin required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency with computer systems and payroll software a plus.

Essential Job Functions

• We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our healthcare facility team in a multi-role position covering Payroll and Personnel.
• Processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assisting with employee inquiries and providing administrative support to department leaders.
• Initiate processing of invoices/accounts payables
• Maintaining and balancing patient trust account to ensure facility compliance
