Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Prior experience delivering behavioral interventions in an educational or pediatric setting
• Strong understanding of tiered intervention models, especially tier 3 supports
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of 25–30 students
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled in functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students in need of intensive support
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to school staff regarding the implementation of BIPs
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Facilitate staff and caregiver training to support best practices in behavioral strategies
• Work collaboratively with counselors, teachers, and other specialists to promote positive student outcomes
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
