Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a short-term contract to support key administrative tasks, including data management, configuration, and integration activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, data loads, and DocuSign integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data loads and data cleanup activities using Salesforce Data Loader and related tools.
• Create and update custom fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Configure and map DocuSign templates to Salesforce for automated document workflows.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Support the business team with ad-hoc Salesforce requests, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Data Loader, Report & Dashboard creation, and Field Configuration.
• Experience integrating DocuSign with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of user management, validation rules, and workflows.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with sandbox deployments and change set management.
• Exposure to other integrations or automation tools (e.g., Flow, Power Automate).
