Located in Auburn, AL Salary: $18 - $22 The Injection Molding Technician is responsible for ensuring that molding and automation process conditions are optimized to yield good quality product at the standard cycle. Shift time: 7am - 3pm CST, 3pm - 11pm, OR 11pm - 7am Pay: $18 - $24 Job Duties:- Operate and manage multiple injection molding machines and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
- PAssist in mold changeovers and process optimization.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Support and train junior technicians.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work area
- 3-5 years of background in injection molding, robotics operation and troubleshooting, and mold temperature controller operations in automotive manufacturing.
- Processing and understand injection molding terminology.
- Understanding the common components of molding machines.
- Common knowledge of molding defects.
- Understanding the hot runner systems.
