RN - Clinical Project Manager

NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a RN/Clinical Project Manager to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters office in Birmingham, AL . *This is an on-site position. Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Jail Operations, the RN- Clinical Project Manager is responsible for coordinating various project elements, setting objectives, coordinating development and training of new or revised clinical processes and monitoring progress of projection implementation related to our comprehensive healthcare operation. Responsibilities- Planning and Organization:
Creating detailed project plans, establishing timelines, coordinating resources and budgets based on defined project scope, goals, and deliverables based on direction from the SVP.
- Team Leadership and Management:
Collaborating with multiple departments to build and develop project teams, complete tasks within areas of expertise, assign tasks when additional expertise is needed, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration to achieve project success.
- Execution and Monitoring:
Taking action on project plans to ensure that project goals are completed in a timely manner to achieve overall project success.
- Budget Management:
Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within allocated financial resources.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Communicating project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other relevant parties.
- Problem Solving and Risk Management:
Identifying and addressing project challenges, mitigating risks, and ensuring that the project stays on track.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Active, unencumbered Nursing license required, Bachelor's degree preferred .
- Must possess strong written communication, verbal skills, and computer skills.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience required; leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred; correctional experience highly desirable.

- Planning/organizing-the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Quality control-the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Adaptability-the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Dependability-the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
