HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Lead the growth and development of the architecture practice, expanding its presence in education and commercial sectors.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities to enhance the firms regional impact.
• Oversee project management for multiple architectural projects at various stages, ensuring high-quality design and technical execution.
• Collaborate with engineering consultants, contractors, and clients to coordinate building systems and resolve project challenges.
• Manage the production of construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project objectives.
• Guide project teams through bidding, award processes, and construction administration, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Provide mentorship and leadership, fostering a team-oriented work culture while supporting staff development.
• Research and implement cutting-edge technologies and sustainable design solutions to enhance architectural practice.

ARE YOU AN ARCHITECTURE PRACTICE LEADER ROCK STAR?

• Experience : 7+ years of project management experience as a registered architect, with expertise in education and commercial architecture .
• Education & Licensure : Bachelors degree in Architecture (Masters preferred); Architecture licensure required .
• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of building design principles, engineered systems, and code compliance .
• Software Proficiency : Experience with Microsoft Suite and familiarity with architectural design software.
• Leadership & Business Development : Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to foster client relationships and drive growth .
• Collaboration & Communication : Ability to engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project success.
• Project Execution : Ability to manage complex architectural projects from concept to completion , ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Travel : Willingness to perform work-related travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and project oversight.
