CNC Machinist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday )

CNC MACHINIST

-•Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision components

•Perform machine setups including tooling, fixtures, and offsets

•Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications

•Monitor machine performance and ensure parts meet quality standards

•Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

•Identify opportunities to improve machining processes and efficiency

•Work collaboratively with programmers and supervisors

•Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
• • Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements
• • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• • Dependable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship
• • Willingness to learn new technology and continuously improve skills
• • CNC setup experience
• • Experience machining tight-tolerance parts
• • Exposure to advanced machining practices
• • Experience working in a job shop or custom manufacturing environment
• • Strong problem-solving ability
