Full-Time | In-Office | Birmingham, AL
Solano Law Firm is looking for a bold, creative on-camera personality to build and grow our Spanish-language social media presence, starting with TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This role is about way more than just following trends. We want someone who knows how to set them. Someone with a strong on-camera presence, editing skills, and the creativity to make educational and engaging content that speaks directly to the immigrant community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Be the face and creative mind behind our new Spanish TikTok, Reels, and Shorts • Film and edit fun, authentic, powerful content that connects with real people
• Capture office moments, client stories, community education, and behind-the-scenes action

We’re Not Looking For: This is not a job for someone who just likes being on social media or occasionally follows trends.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to lead on social media and who gets what it takes to go viral and stay consistent.

That’s the kind of energy and creative freedom we’re offering.
