We are hiring an HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician to join our team ! This position will be providing excellent customer service and running call for service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Position: HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs & Commission

Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm

Essential Job Duties:

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Performing scheduled annual maintenance
• Run on-demand service calls
• Servicing generators and tankless water heaters
• Working with refrigerant, heat pumps, furnaces, mini splits, AC etc.
• Consulting customers on repairs and indoor air quality needs
• Providing excellent customer service
• Daily use of ServiceTitan

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 + years of HVAC service experience
• Annual maintenance experience
• EPA universal Certification
• Able to consult on customer complaints and make repair and support customers with repair & replacement decisions
• Able to handle system startup and adjustments
• NATE Certification desired - we offer training
• Experience with zoning systems, and servicing generators and tankless hot water heaters is a plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
