As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and tenants, setting the tone for a welcoming and secure environment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access to the building, verifying credentials, and assisting guests with inquiries, all while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and strong communication skills, ensuring that everyone entering the premises feels valued and supported. Job Schedule:

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management processes.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Communicate professionally with building tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and/or concerns.
- Support emergency response activities as directed, maintaining a composed presence during incidents.
- Document observations and/or incidents as required by site protocols and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
