Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $14.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
Customer Service Representative
- Process loan payments, renewals, extensions, and payoff transactions.
- Provide account information and answer questions about balances, due dates, and fees.
- Set up payment plans when applicable (following company policy).
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Previous loan experience
- Collections experience
- Customer Service experience
- Data Entry experience
- Cash handling experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
