Qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA certification
• Experience with school-aged children preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor RBTs in behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement effective behavioral plans
• Provide direct and indirect services to students as needed
• Help establish and grow behavior analysis services within the district
• Attend initial meeting with district director (August 10th) for caseload planning
