What You’ll Do
Guide patients through health assessments, pre-testing, and eyewear selection
Assist with front desk duties such as new patient paperwork, scheduling, and answering phones
Manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including insurance verifications and related follow-up
Educate patients on eye care, contact lenses, and preventative eye health
Support doctors with contact lens fittings, pre/post-op care, and therapeutic treatments
Provide compassionate, detail-oriented care in a team-driven environment
Requirements
Previous experience in a healthcare, optometry, or medical office setting preferred
Strong administrative skills with proven experience in insurance verifications and patient billing support
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient care
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software; EHR experience is a plus
Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or weekends
Pay: $12-18 per hour
